Each booklet includes a description of the spoke in the wheel, space to journal and reflect on aspects of the oracle card, a mudra (or hand gesture for meditation), a guided visualization (both in written and audio forms), and four pages of journal prompts to reflect the moment.

Rituals are updated in preparation for each spoke (in 2024).
